City of Chelsea Launches Pilot Program for Food Trucks and Carts

The City of Chelsea is excited to announce the launch of a new pilot program allowing food trucks and food carts in designated locations throughout the city during the summer and fall of 2025.

The goal of the program is to support local entrepreneurship, activate public spaces, and increase access to diverse food options in the community. Designated locations include:

• Arlington Street

• Grove Street

• Broadway

• Highland Park

• Voke Park (carts only)
